medium stylethe medium style is an evolution on the light style, bringing more detail to the characters and environments alike while retaining much of its loose and sketch-like quality, particularly in background elements.

heavy stylethe heavy style is yet more detailed and (as its name implies) heavy on the ligne claire inking, and finished with a digital gouache/watercolor-type treatment. it is best suited for general sci-fi and fantasy-related work (such as book illustrations/covers, posters, etc.) in the vein of métal hurlant, though it can be used for any other kind of illustration that needs well-defined linework and environments demanding a level of detail beyond the medium style.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING office hours Sun-Mon, Wed-Thurs: 12PM (noon) - 7PM EST Fri-Sat, Tue: out of office all work and work-related email will be performed, sent or answered within the hours listed above. copyright information i retain the copyright of the work produced, save for the default limited (non-profit) personal use granted to the client. for strictly commercial applications, licensing or copyright transfer is available at a negotiable rate per piece. formats base price for each piece increases for larger works (posters, etc.). if you require work in different dimensions, please let me know when we begin discussing the work. this also applies to file formats (raster-only, as i do not do vector work); if you need something in TIFF or flat PSD, please let me know. work + scheduling expected time to completion varies depending on size, complexity, and which of the two styles are selected. barring personal emergency or injury on my end, the expected turnaround time from a client's approval of a sketch to completed work should be no longer than three (3) weeks (minus any time spent on revisions). if the client's time is permitting and an interruption in my schedule becomes unavoidable (or the work in question is exceedingly complex), i may request up to one (1) week of extension (for a total of four (4) weeks). beyond this, a refund will be made available for any invoice that has been paid. depending on the scale and cost of the work (such as: when the base cost exceeds $600), i may request 50% of the invoice to be paid up-front, as lengthier projects potentially consume a larger amount of time than the above estimate. for each piece, regardless of complexity or duration, a watermarked sample of sufficient resolution (click for example) will be provided during each stage of completion for approval and/or input; on completion, the finished work will be delivered via email or as a private download from a temporary directory on this website after the invoice has been fulfilled. once finished work is delivered and agreed upon as being finished, no more revisions may be made without a revision fee, which will be assessed based on the complexity and nature of the revision. content guidelines i will not take on projects that portray, glorify, or elevate any kind of bigotry or hate speech, nor will i entertain any client and/or project that makes bad-faith statements about what constitutes hate or bigotry. i will also not take on projects that involve trademarked and/or copyrighted characters or properties, unless you are the copyright holder or a verifiable representative thereof. clients must be of legal adult age to contract work; this includes commercial and personal use. clients must agree to not use any work(s) produced for purposes in conjunction with cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or AI. i reserve the right to turn down a project at any point during its completion, with a full refund of any pre-payment that has been made, for any reason, stated or otherwise. by submitting a commission form or business inquiry, you agree that you have read and understood the information, rules, and guidelines as written above. click here to open commission formfor other business inquiries only, such as for work that may not fit the pre-defined styles above:
